Booking:

Application should be submitted at least 30 days before the provisional date of departure. Travel Dukaan will confirm your booking within 07 days of your application.

> When the booking is made the following details must be disclosed. Full name as in passport, date of birth, nationality, sex, occupation and a medical certificate to travel in high altitude areas.

→ Upon the confirmation 100% deposit is required before 1 month of the commencement of the tour along with a passport. All the clients need to carry ID Proof, (Voter ID Proof) while traveling by air.

→ The itinerary can change without notice due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control such as political unrest, Natural calamities, changes in itinerary by the Chinese authorities etc.

Payment :

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure:

Consultation Fee Rs. 20,000/- non refundable.

25% Cancellation charges of the package cost – In case if cancellation is received between 29-20 days • 50% Cancellation charges of the package cost – In case if cancellation is received between 19-08 days • 100% Cancellation charges of the package cost – in case cancellation is received prior to 7 days.

Travel Dukaan reserves right to cancel tour or itinerary or the yatra date due to unavoidable circumstance beyond our control such as political unrest, natural calamities, changes in itinerary by the Chinese authorities, limited number of pilgrims allowed by Chinese authorities (Quota system imposed by CIPSC at any time) etc. Travel Dukaan will not be liable for any loss due to yatra cancellation. In such cases Travel Dukaan will offer next alternate dates. Yatri must accept any Alternative available dates with us in the current year or will be adjusted for the next year, or the amount paid will be forfeited.

Our liabilities & limitations:

Limited Responsibility for Third-Party Services

Travel Dukaan acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation services, and tour operators. We carefully select and recommend these providers, but we do not own, control, or operate them. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for:

Any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from their service quality, failures, delays, or cancellations.

Acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, transporters, or any other third-party service providers.

Force Majeure:

Travel Dukaan shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, hurricanes, floods)

Acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest

Health emergencies or pandemics

Changes in government regulations, strikes, or other industrial actions.

Client Responsibilities:

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure:

Possession of valid passports, visas, and any other required documentation.

Adherence to local laws, rules, and regulations at the destination.

Travel insurance covering health, accidents, or trip cancellations. Travel Dukaan recommends clients to have sufficient insurance but is not responsible for any inadequacies in coverage.
